Dimensional Inspector BROKEN ARROW, OK USBaker Oil Tools in Broken Arrow, OK has an opening for a Dimensional Inspector. This position could be a 1st or  2nd shift position. This position may be filled as a Level I, II, III or Sr. The final level will be determined based on qualifications and skill of the identified candidate. This position is open only to candidates eligible to work and live in the United States without sponsorship through the company. Duties/Responsibilities:Inspects manufactured parts, assemblies, subassemblies, fixtures, and/or purchased parts to drawings specifications. Initiates non-conformance reports for manufactured parts, assemblies, subassemblies, fixtures, and/or purchased parts that are not to drawing specifications. Checks for completeness of all operations and paperwork. Completes all quality records and documents accurately. Performs laser particle counting. Ability to operate forklift as required. Participates in weekly TBM meetings. Cross trains in other inspection areas. Experience:1+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Education:High school degree or equivalent.Knowledge:Ability to apply concepts of algebra and geometry. Ability to interpret Engineering drawings. Working knowledge of measuring equipment. Ability to identify measuring equipment needed to verify Engineering specifications. Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Skills:Must be approachable.Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Good computer skills. Ability to work in a team environment, work independently, and be able to follow all facility safety rules. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Further consideration given for:1+ years experience of non-destructive testing with the following methods:UT – Ultrasonic Testing (flaw detection)LPT – Liquid Penetrant TestingMPT – Magnetic Particle TestingProof of certification as required by ANST (SNT-TC-1A)Experience using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) knowledge using PCDMIS and/or MeasureMax software.  UT – Ultrasonic Testing (flaw detection)LPT – Liquid Penetrant TestingMPT – Magnetic Particle TestingProof of certification as required by ANST (SNT-TC-1A)Experience using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) knowledge using PCDMIS and/or MeasureMax software.
