Dickson TN Customer Service Representative

This exciting, fast paced position requires the successful candidate to provide excellent Customer service. You will be receiving inbound phone calls from current customers placing orders into the data base. In addition to new orders you will process substitutions, pick-up and return credit orders. This position will require weekends as part of your schedule with days during the week off.Must be able to multi-task, work independently under minimum supervision. You must be a good listener in order to better understand the customer's needs.
