Design Engineer II

The Design Engineer II will act as electrical designer as well as project coordinator.  The individual contributor will be responsible for developing bills of materials, schematics/drawings, test plans, and design notes. 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

· Supporting new product development, including prototype development and validation testing

· Managing projects and maintaining product documentation;

· Sustaining engineering for current products;

· Preparing and checking drawing and designs; and

· Performing other related duties as assigned by management.

 

 

Minimum Education/Experience:

BS in Engineering required with (3) three to (5) five years relevant experience.  The individual will have strong background in electrical theory and analysis, and familiarity with Windows PC is required.  Design experience in power electronics/motor drives/power systems/instrumentation industry is highly desirable.
