DESIGN ENGINEER

Our Client, a World Leader in their market place has an immediate need for an experienced DESIGN ENGINEER with solid Solidworks 3D design background.  Your main responsibilities will include design and analyze mechanical assemblies (i.e. structures, mechanisms, component packaging, etc.). 

 

What you will need to succeed:

· Bachelors Degree – Mechanical Engineering, required

· Minimum of 5 years working experience with injection molded plastic part design

· Strong proficiency in using Solid Works 3D, required

· Working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing of injection molded parts

· Perform data analysis, prepare briefings and write reports

· General background in new product development working as team player

· Ability to interface

· Strong problem solving capabilities
