Select Associates, Inc. is an Information Technology consulting and staffing services firm located in Bloomington. We are committed to providing highly accomplished consultants to the businesses we serve.
Position Responsibilities:
We are seeking Delphi developers to build a team that will provide on-going development and enhancement support on existing complex product application.
6-9 month contract. Target start date late September.
Top Technical Skills:
1. Previous development experience in Delphi preferred, if not VB or .NET application development experience would be considered along with a strong appetite for learning Delphi.
2. Experienced in stored procedures, relational databases, and proficient in technical problem solving.
3. Previous experience in OOAD and relational database modeling and performance tuning.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Re-engineering experience and working with data structures and business rules embedded into the code.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Delivery new enhancements; provide unit testing and work with engineers to complete tasks.
