Job Description Dealer Sales Manager The person filling this position must be capable of managing Latin American Regional dealers and work with them to achieve assigned budgets, support dealers in marketing initiatives, monitor dealers' sales performance, and develop strategies to increase our market presence and market share.  The individual would travel 50% of the time throughout Latin America (Mexico, Central America, South America, Caribbean Islands and Puerto Rico).  The successful candidate must have a Chemical or Physics background (Chemist or Chemical Engineer, Chemist or Physics), plus a minimum of at least 2 years experience selling Optical Emission and X-Ray technologies.  The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish.  A minimum of a BS degree in Science.   The candidate must have good oral and written communication skills, effective interpersonal and listening skills and accurate forecasting ability.
