Customer Support Representative - Bilingual French / English

BSH Home Appliances Corporation, the World's Third Largest Manufacturer of home appliances, with leading edge high end quality appliances with brands like, Bosch, Gaggenau, Siemens & Thermador is seeking a Full Time Bilingual French & English Speaking Customer Support Representative to work in our Call Center located in our Corporate Office in Huntington Beach, CA.Qualified candidates must be bilingual- French & English. Qualified candidates must have previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Must be a High School Graduate. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Typing with a minimum of 35 words per minute. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages are necessary. Professional telephone etiquette and ability to resolve customer issues effectively, while working in a high volume environment is a must. Qualified candidate must have flexibility in the hours / days that they will be able to work.
