Customer Service Traffic Clerks call (440) 777--3990Description: Volt is looking for experienced & energetic customer service people for a company in the Flats!!Our client is in need of Customer Service Reps to perform in their seasonal Traffic Clerk role!The ideal Traffic Clerk is someone with lots of energy to burn. In this role, you will have to multi-task and work in various areas as needed. You may have to go into the warehouse to count pallets or hurry back to the service window as truck drivers pull up. This client's busy season is rapidly approaching and will be stressful at times, as they call in as many as 900 trucks per day!! Must be able to work in a sometimes hectic, stressful, fast-paced environment! You will call in trucks, rail and boats for on time delivery and verifying addresses. You will resolve and document any inventory issues on a daily basis. You will process bill of laden and enter data into their One World system. Must be able to perform basic math functions to divide the pallets for quantity and shipment counts. You will be trained on the One World software.We need a go-getter! We need someone who thinks independently and has great trouble shooting skills.The atmosphere is very casual...jeans and tennis shoes! There will be two shifts; first shift will start as early as 4:30am & 5:00am and second shift will start in the early afternoon.Does this job sound like the job for you? Requirements: The successful candidate should have a basic knowledge of computers and have data entry ten-key skills. Must be willing to work first or second shift.
