Customer Service Technician

Gardner Denver is a $1.9B international leader in manufacturing air compressors, blowers and pumps for industrial and petroleum markets.  We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Technician at our Compressor Division headquarters in Quincy.  This position is a liaison between the sales force, distributors, and customers in the areas of technical assistance and order placement for Compressor products.

 

·  Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or related degree is preferred, but not required

·  1-2 years positive customer service or related experience

·  Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle internal and external contacts in a positive and effective manner is required

·  Good analytical skills to aid in assessing customer needs coupled with the ability to market products successfully will enhance the incumbent’s performance
