 Qualifications:


* Minimum of 2 years customer service or sales assistant experience.

* We are seeking a dynamic self-starter who is able to manage multiple priorities effectively.  Someone  who can focus on coordinating various tasks while maintaining a proactive approach to business needs. In addition, we need a person who will support sales in ongoing accounts while also contributing to the company’s overall growth. We want someone who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Function & Competencies:

*Receive incoming 800 number calls to handle or transfer accordingly.


*Develop rapport with customers from small and large companies.


*Excellent customer service skills. Must respond quickly and competently to customer
  requests.


*Good communicator with the ability to accurately explain product features and benefits
  to customers and vendors.


*Mail literature as requested and follow up lead inquiries.


*Post leads and orders in computer data base.


*Assist in web tracking by compiling data into reports.


*Proficient computer skills.


*Demonstrated good team interactive skills.


*Goal oriented with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.


*Provide clear feedback to sales management on customer requests, market information, distributor
  or vendor issues and product quality concerns.


*Assist with vendor inquiries and purchasing.

*Prepare product for daily shipments.



*Participate in creating ideas for promotions, sales tools and new marketing projects.


*Perform duties in timely and efficient manner and work on projects as assigned by sales
  Director.
