Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales

Under moderate supervision, performs telephone customer service and sales functions at a wholesale distribution branch.  Takes incoming orders, performs credit checks, prepares pickslips on the computer, coordinates availability/delivery of product to the customer, and troubleshoots problems.  Services current customers and solicits new business via telephone.  

Job Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma, college degree preferred. Demonstrated commitment to providing superior customer service. Able to read/write/speak English.  Proficient in computer entry and strong mathematical capabilities.
