Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (English & Spanish)

An opportunity to join our team at our Houston location has opened up and we are currently seeking an experienced, professional and capable Customer Service Representative.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

 

Excellent Customer Service Skills

 

Very good telephone manner

 

Fluent in English & Spanish

 

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in word and excel

 

Job Responsibilities are as follows:

 

Take Customer orders via phone and fax

Enter customer orders into computer system, confirming correct amounts, pricing and product codes

Confirm order receipt and projected ship date back to customers

Follow-up with customers on any projected late or incomplete shipments. Keep customers informed.

Front desk receptionist duties including greeting visitors and answering phones.

Processing job applicants at front desk

Miscellaneous clerical duties for front office administration

Salary: $35,000 per year
