Customer Service Representative

INSIDE SALES ASSISTANT: Liberty Carton Company in Ft Worth, a division of Liberty Diversified,  has an opening for an experienced customer service representative who has worked in the corrugated industry.  This position will be responsible for the success of the customer process by ensuring all resources such as design, production, and shipping complete their roles accurately and on-time. Daily requirements include, but are not limited to, building packaging specifications, estimating, quoting, artwork manipulation, ordering tooling/labels, and finally order entry. The inside sales rep will also maintain all communication and correspondence between the outside sales team as well as all incoming emails and phone calls from customers. Candidate must have excellent communication and written skills. Multitasking is a must!
