Fast growing display manufacturer with busy call-in lines seeking help with order processing and customer service.We are in a growth mode and looking to hire several more qualified, motivated and energetic workers.

Minimum 2 years call center/customer service experience required. Candidates must be proficient with computers, the Web, and basic math. (Basic Excel and Word a plus) We have an extensive product line and Website and will provide a 3-week, in-house, product training.

Our call center and support staff is comprised of about 30 team members who are dedicated customer service professionals. The main responsibilities nclude answering phones (no cold calling here), processing orders and supporting call-ins.

This is a full time position - no weekends, ever! On a whole, we offer the opportunity to work in a clean environment with progressive managers and hands-on owners. We offer Blue Cross health with fair co-pays and 401K after 1 year.
