We are a fast-growing stable company seeking a Customer Service/Order Entry Clerk. Job functions will include answering customer calls, receiving orders via phone/fax/email, entering orders into the database, arranging pickups with trucking companies, generating UPS shipping labels, tracking shipments, providing customer follow-up, maintaining and processing back order files. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of Customer Service/Order Entry experience, must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, and have a strong work ethic. Proficiency in MS Office and data processing accuracy is a must.
