Customer Service Manager
Hartung Glass Industries is one of the largest and premier glass fabricators within the United States. We are independently owned and have been in business over 75 years. Hartung gas twelves locations and is headquartered in Seattle, WA. Agalite Bath and Shower Enclosures is a division of Hartung Glass and is in the process of seeking a qualified candidate for Customer service Manager at our facility in Tukwila, WA.

Job Responsibilities include: Training all CSRs and new and existing policies Working closely and cooperatively with the Agalite Production Manager Addressing complaints concerning billing or service rendered Recommending corrective action for customer complaints Creating quotations for customers Occasionally assuming a production control role Processing and resolving billing disputes Approving pre-paid freight and billing adjustments Maintaining contract pricing General customer service functions
Qualifications include: Organizational skills Computer literacy An ability to multi-task A strong attention to detail An ability to work within cross functional departments General customer service skills
