Customer Service & Inbound Sales @ Fun E-Commerce Company - Evenings & Saturday Shift
The Ultimate Game Room Company is a national multi-channel merchant which manufactures and sells home game room equipment with an emphasis on pool tables. This is a fast-growing company with annual revenues in excess of $7m . We're looking for someone to answer the main customer service and sales line at our PoolTablesDirect.com division from 4PM-9PM mountain time and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. You'll be working at the corporate office in Monument, CO. Duties include: answering phones, processing finance applications, answering and sending out emails, taking phone orders, giving order status information and overall customer service. The rest of the staff leave around 5pm... so you'll be on your own most evenings and on saturday. You need to have excellent phone skills, typing skills, and general ability to navigate the computer and internet. It's also VITAL that you aren't flaky. You need to be on time and not miss any days.... so we're looking for someone whose lifestyle isn't going to interfere with their job responsiblities. The position is open immediately and the position pays $10/hr. You're paid on the 15th and last day of each month. There is opportunity with this position to move up within the company as we grow.
