We are Screen Graphics, a small 30+ year old established leader in providing high quality imprinted wearables to corporations, academic institutions and athletic organizations. Job Summary:
Â
This position is responsible for monitoring and/or being involved in just about everything that might effect the satisfaction of a Screen Graphics customer.Â

Responsibilities:
Â
Some of the main responsibilities this person will have is ordering merchandise for customer order fulfillment, processing requests for supplies from screen-printing and embroidery,  receiving all merchandise and ensuring it’s proper division into appropriate job bins, reviewing work orders to ensure they are completed accurately and terms are met, making sure all customer jobs are recorded on the production schedule and all tasks related to shipping finished product to customer. Other important responsibilities for this person are: maintaining relationships with all contract customers to ensure all new and repeat orders get included on production schedule and can be delivered on time, ensuring merchandise gets returned to vendors when necessary, clerical responsibilities associated with purchasing, shipping and overall organization rganization of back inventory area.Â

Skills and Qualifications:
Â
The person in this role must possess a high degree of customer focus, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, be very detail oriented and have super strong organizational skills. Must also be self motivated, self directed, have top notch communication skills and the ability to react and quickly switch gears to successfully focus and accomplish business related tasks. A minimum of a high school diploma required however we prefer an Associates Degree in Business related coursework.
