The Elkay Cabinet Division has made a significant impact in the cabinetry marketplace and has grown to be the fourth largest cabinetry manufacturer in the US, designing and manufacturing fine quality, stylish, custom, and stock cabinetry with unique options and styles.We are looking for a Customer Channel Associate for our Oak Brook, IL office.The Customer Channel Associate's primary focus of the job is to perform the order processing, customer service and collections/deductions functions within a designated customer channel, operating under a team-based cell approach.  Enters and edits customer orders, processes adds/changes/deletes to orders, processes RMAs (Returned Merchandise Authorizations), collects open customer invoices, processes deductions, issues credit/debit memos and responds to customer service and Rep requests via phone and e-mail. This is a cross-trained role within each customer channel. For each person in this job, a primary area of focus will be identified (Order Processing, Customer Service or Collections). This position requires a High School degree; College course work in related areas preferred.  7 years experience (2-3 years order entry, 3-5 years customer service, 1-2 years collections).
