Customer Care Representative

 

Salary

Minimum starting salary $14 per Hour.

 

Qualifications/experience required to be considered

· At least 2 years of Customer Care/Service experience in a high volume call center.

· Placing, checking status and following-up on customer orders.

· Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

· High data entry with 30-35 wpm typing.

· Knowledge of Windows/Web based order entry systems.

· General office procedures.

· Excellent phone etiquette.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Great attendance is a Must.

 

Responsibilities for this position

· Taking a high volume of inbound calls.

· Provide customers with order and product information.

· Provide customers with pricing, quality, scheduling, and shipping times and status.

· Act as liaison between PDC, customers, and sales service.

· Act as liaison between production control and shipping.

· Enter RMAs and incident reports.

· Respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
