Customer Business Analyst
A leader in the furniture industry is searching for a Customer Business Analyst to join our team in the Bentonville, AR location!
Position Summary
Analyze and report point of sale and forecast data for us in inventory planning, sales analysis and forecast applications. Manage inventory at the store/club, warehouse and balance of supply chain.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage inventory via customer applications and report internally/externally on performance Present recommendations for adjustments to forecasts based on trend, point of sale information and additional market information available Support the team with day to day account management functions as required Tracking new item setup within customer system as well as internal process steps Direct import knowledge a plus Building sales presentations using key analytical findings Customer interaction : works with team to maintain a close relationship with customers to partner with their business as an expert resource for analyzing performance and making recommendations for improving sales and forecast Ability to project future orders Proactively and consistently monitor instock levels Ability to interact with necessary account personnel in a professional manner and build partnership with overseas counterparts Prepare product for buyer review Support customer with layout set at customer facilty, club locations and annual meetings Limited travel initially, can increase as role increases. Overseas travel possible.
