Credit & Collection Specialist

Crystal Window & Door Systems, Ltd. is one of the top 100 window manufacturers in U.S. We manufacture a full product line of quality, energy efficient windows and doors for residential and commercial use. We are currently looking for an detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our fast-paced team.

 

The primary responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:

 

·  Evaluate discrepant raw materials in accordance with quality requirements and standard, and determine its disposition or refer to the quality assurance manager

·  Provide recommendations to improve procedures that apply to quality and other functions, such as configuration management and operation functions.

·  Review quality trends of extrusion line products to prevent or reduce defection, determine problem causes, and propose solutions to solve the problems.

·  Monitor receiving procedures on a daily basis and report to relevant personnel to solve the problems found.

·  Conduct inspections on raw materials.

·  Assist relevant departments regarding the repair fees charged and the products returned back, and help determine the causes of damages.

·  Contact the vendors or provide product quality data

 

Qualifications and Experiences

 

·  College degree in mechanical engineering or computer engineering required

·  Minimum of two years experience in material inspection
