Description:

The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees.  Responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees.  Assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives, and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees.  Coordinates training schedules and assists in the evaluation of applicable outside training resources.  Manages the development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.

Qualifications:B.S. in a relevant field, preferably Adult Education.Minimum of 3-5 years experience developing, analyzing, and measuring instructional trianing programs with a concentration on adult education.Computer-based training development experience required.Must possess excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and multi-tasking skills.Computer proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change.Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
