Corporate Recruiter
BSH Home Appliances Corporation, the World’s Third Largest Manufacturer of home appliances, with leading edge high end quality appliances with brands Bosch, Siemens, Thermador & Gaggenau is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to work in our Corporate Office located in Huntington Beach, CA.
The pro-active results oriented candidate will be responsible for :
Full cycle recruitment, sourcing/screening applicants on all levels for routing to hiring managers/supervisors for potential interviews. Work closely with both local and field hiring managers/supervisors to identify applicants based on job criteria.
Preparing and posting of both internal/external job postings and monitoring applicable costs.
Must be able to handle confidential materials professionally.
Requirements :
Minimum of three years strong recruitment experience.
Requires a high school diploma, college a plus.
Strong verbal, written communication and negotiating skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiar with ATS systems a plus.
Ability to work with all levels of professionals and meet time sensitive deadlines.
Requires strong interpersonal skills and a positive team focus.
