Corporate Finance Manager

Actively support and positively contribute to the treasury goals and objectives of optimizing the financial structure of the corporation, reducing costs, and improving the efficiency of services provided to all internal and external customers Analyze financial transactions to ensure positive risk adjusted returns Act as a developer for internal treasury tools Proactively seek to stay abreast of changes in market conditions that affect the treasury function Lease execution, management and analysis Develop financing models and support negotiations surrounding M&A  financings, and other transactions Actively monitor and report competitive data necessary to support treasury goals and objectives.  Seek out and maintain positive teaming efforts throughout the organization to streamline and improve the financial performance of the company Support, and lead portions of, continuous improvement processes in support of the treasury core processes Global pension analysis including asset manager performance and funded status Analyze pension investments and strategies to ensure proper alignment Debt agreement management Development of rating agency presentation and support materials and analysis Requirements Bachelors Degree in Finance or related discipline 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance/treasury Strong communication skills Strong analytical skills Proficient in Excel Strong understanding of fundamental financial theory and able to apply it to practical situations CTP or CFA certification desired To Apply for this position, please CLICK HERE
