As we're growing at a tremendous rate, we need to add an Coordinator for Production and Inventory Control.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Â
QUALITY ISSUES: Daily inspections of production Melt tests for all incoming materials as well as ACM production Perform moisture tests on ACM Maintain TIIP documents (Test Instruction Injection Part)Â logs for all products Maintain updated all Quality tables Make out and communicate to all shifts any and all quality issues Perform weight and dimension tests and report findings Make sure that all presses have the correct description sheets Other duties as assigned

WAREHOUSE: Enters daily production data into tracking systems. Consolidates customer orders, prepares weekly plant production orders and tracks production Assit in the shipping and receiving of products Inventory control, cycle counting, end of month inventory Counting production Supervising employees, warehouse, grinders, janitor General warehouse duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
 Knowledge of company products, services, policies and procedures Skill in oral and written communication Skill in operating equipment such as personal computer, software, and IT systems Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of reports and data Ability to organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities Ability to communicate with employees and others in a professional and courteous manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  At least 2 years experience in quality, warehouse and supervision
