Controller - Manufacturing (relocation assistance)

Due to promotion, our client needs a Controller for its southern middle Tennessee location. This Controller must have a minimum of 8-10+ years experience of progressive career growth in manufacturing at the plant or divisional level. The Controller will be a key manager to interact with corporate headquarters, to lead the annual planning and budgeting processes, to assist divisional operations managers, oversee cost accounting and general accounting. Must have a B.S. in accounting. CPA/MBA highly preferred. Experience with Job Cost is highly valued. Salary range within $100k-$110k plus 15% bonus potential.
