We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our leadership team and to manage the day to day financial accounting. The successful candidate will bring a strong work ethic and management by example attitude as they empower others to participate in meeting project deadlines and improving processes to reduce costs and grow sales and profits. A proven track record in job cost accounting in a custom equipment manufacturing environment utilizing standard ERP business management tools is required. The successful candidate will demonstrate versatility and agility in helping to sustain historical annual sales & market growth of the company. Candidate should have good people skills and the ability to identify areas of improvement as part of our upper management team through the active use & development of KPI's and be capable of training others in continuous improvement efforts utilizing MS Office and ERP system tools beyond existing levels. Duties will include: Oversight of cost accounting processes, reporting and administrative staff  Support to Operations Manager in purchasing inventory controls and vendor sourcing improvements and manufacturing production planning schedules Manage general ledger function through completion and analysis of financial statements Develop and maintain accounting schedules, operating budgets and cash flow forecasting Implementation of internal controls and processes in conjunction with KPI's & ERP systems

Qualifications: USA citizenship BS in Accounting, preferably MBA with CPA certification Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access) Minimum 10 years experience with ERP applications (Infor, Visual Manufacturing and Crystal Report Writer preferred) Minimum 10 years experience in discreet manufacturing environment Minimum 10 years accounting Minimum 5 years experience in supervision

This position reports directly to the company President and forms part of the operations management team.
