You will unleash the potential of your talents as never before.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Participate in upper level management meetings, task forces, and cross-functional improvement teams.Ø Link with Cummins and CES Wautoma Corporate Finance and other plant entitiesØ Partner with all functional area management to develop, interpret, and monitor fair and consistent application of company policies, processes, and procedures.Ø Identify organizational needs and influence the company's strategic direction, including capital project analysis, financial analysis, product costing and inventory accounting.Ø Counsel employees and management in solving problems that impact the workplace.Ø Promote overall employee satisfaction through effective communication, performance review processes, and recognition practices.Ø Lead functional area management in developing and implementing affirmative action plans and strategies while supporting diversity initiatives.Ø Perform training role for certain classes or modules. Ø Maintain a safe and clean work area.Ø Treat fellow employees with dignity and respect.Ø Communicate effectively with all levels of employees.Ø Work the hours that are dictated by production needs.Ø Perform other duties as assigned by management.
