Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to help us develop and drive a continuous improvement program in our organization.  This position will work directly with the Executive Team to develop and track continuous improvement initiatives and to assure that our internal processes are both valid and enforced.  The ideal candidate is one who has experience as a problem-solver with effective meeting management and facilitation skills and who has worked in a manufacturing background in a Quality Assurance role.  The ability to develop an auditing and reporting system, facilitate problem-solving and process teams, performs audits of quality initiatives and prepare reports of findings is essential.  Above all, the demonstrated ability to initiate, monitor and enforce process improvement initiatives is a key element for this position.  This position requires a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
