Continuous Improvement Facilitator

Innovative and rapidly expanding hydraulic component fabrication and distribution company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Facilitator to continue implementing our lean initiative.

* Facilitate Lean activities through out the organization

* Lead training and kaizen events at all company locations

* Develop and maintain metrics to track improvements and goals

* Lead the creation and improvement of existing process and training documentation

* Participate in the growth and development of our Lean and Quality practices

* Help maintain and grow the Quality system

* Assist with customer and supplier issues

* Travel to company facilities
