We currently have an tremendous opportunity for an experienced, results-oriented Commercial HVAC Sales Manager in Los Angeles, CA, one of the largest markets in the world. This position will be responsible for the design and execution of sales strategies, policies and programs for the applied equipment product lines for the greater Los Angeles market. The Sales Manager will identify opportunities for bundled sales growth potential within the market while sustaining growth in each core product line. Additionally, the ability to build strong and positive relationships with existing, new and future building owners, consulting engineers, and contractors is highly critical to meeting strategic targets. You will recruit, develop, lead and mentor a team of Sales Engineers and Inside Sales personnel. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field * Required 10+ years selling applied equipment. * Sales management experience a definite plus.* 10-15 years industry experience. * Must have strong leadership skills to be able to recruit, build a strong team of associates and lead change in the sales organization. * Qualified candidates will possess strong business decision making skills and a solid financial acumen. * This position requires solid problem solving and proven negotiating skills, high sense of urgency, strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent PC skills are a must. * Solid experience in the HVAC industry is required. * Managerial experience preferred.
