Collections Specialist

 

Duties:

v Monitor customer accounts receivable balances

v Resolve past due balances including account discrepancies, deductions and uncollectible accounts

v Maintain process for follow up on customer accounts

v Complete monthly reports

Skills/Qualifications:

v 2-5 years of business to business collections experience

v Strong customer service, problem solving and follow-up skills

v Ability to analyze payment discrepancies to assist in corrective actions required

v Proficient in Microsoft Excel

v Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills

v Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, team-oriented environment

v Working knowledge of AS400 a plus

v Professional attitude and attire a must
