Duration: 12 Months contract
Qualifications
Associates Degree • Experience using MS Office Software, including
Excel, Access and Word • At least 5 years of related Pharmaceutical
Labeling Generation/Packaging Experience preferred • Excellent
Communication, Organization and Time Management Skills • Self
Motivated
Responsibilities:
Read, comprehend, and translate clinical protocols /packaging
specifications into clinical label generation software and/or coordinate
vendor label production. • Design POMS recipes and convert JDE work
orders into POMS operational orders. • Designs clinical supplies trial
labels for primary, secondary, and auxiliary packaging applications. •
Interpret randomization schemes, input into label software system, and
utilize to verify correct labels are produced according to cGMPs •
Create Random code break envelopes. • Design, print, proof and count
clinical labels. • Create and process packaging batch paperwork as
necessary. • Coordinate receiving, reconciliation, and distribution of
both label stock and printed labels. • Maintain inventory control of
labels through the use of POMS ERP system • Adhere to all departmental
SOP’s and GMP standards of quality, safety and housekeeping. • Assist
with clinical packaging or distribution as needed.
