Perform advanced chemical operations (distillation, hazardous transfers, filtrations, milling, packaging, gas additions, catalytic hydrogenations, etc...).Able to operate all process equipment.Monitors the operation of distillation equipment.Operate glycol system.Understand basic process chemistry.Interpret analytical data and takes appropriate action.Run all analytical equipment (GC's, KF, Titration, TLC)Handle very hazardous materials. Perform simple repairs. Conducts and Documents training on one safety topic annually.Performs training on equipment. Revises SOPs to represent correct activities.Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. Ability to tow a 175lb cart. Ability to roll 450lb drum. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate equipment within the manufacturing arena. Approved to perform duties while utilizing Personal Protective Equipment.
