Munchkin, Inc. (www.munchkin.com) is a manufacturer of infant and pet products nationally recognized for excellence and innovation.  Our products are sold to national retail accounts throughout the US and Canada. 

We currently have an opening in North Hills, CA for a Call Center Representative that has a 'can do' attitude.  You will be responsible for responding to inquiries or complaints from customers and work to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction, facilitating the replacement of damaged product and processing online and sales orders.

We value a team player that thrives in a fast paced environment, is computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, possesses decent math skills (multiplication and division) and has the ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm. We are looking for someone with demonstrated planning and organizational skills.  You must be adaptable, quick-paced, highly accurate in your work and have strong follow-through practices.  Prior experience managing orders from national food and drug accounts is highly preferred.  Other qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional phone etiquette. 

3 years of experience in customer service and/or call center environment is highly desired.
