Cafeteria Leader
Leads associates to help ensure efficient cafeteria services. Ensures foods are prepared in accordance with specified requirements. Ensures the Plant's Quality Policy, Operational Procedures and high cafeteria standards are maintained at all times. Ensures team members practice safe work habits, and follows and enforces all safety rules and policies. Trains, coaches, and counsels team members. Resolves associate issues and concerns. Orders necessary food and supplies. Reviews cafeteria invoices for accuracy, and processes for payment. Works with maintenance as needed to resolve machinery and equipment problems. Monitors cafeteria trends. Reports on sales. Initiates improvements. Schedules cafeteria workers. Adjusts staffing levels as needed. Leads regular associate communication meetings. Handles special requests for meetings, visitors, and executives. Follows and enforces all company rules and policies. Has the authority to place product on hold. Other duties as assigned. Associates degree in Food Service and three years' experience, or equivalent. Supervisory experience and/or other leadership experience and skills. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Familiarity with computer applications.
