CYCLE COUNTER

Responsible for thorough continuous cycle counts of inventory in a timely manner, researches for all data available to resolve discrepancies and adheres to proper inventory and storage procedures. Physically counts inventory daily per preset schedule using manual or automatic methods. Adheres to the Cycle Counting procedures and guidelines. Tabulates count data, enter counts in System, prints reports to determine variances. Investigates origin of discrepancies and provides resolutions or adjustments. Informs Production Manager and Production Planners of any potential part shortages. Completes cycle count in a timely manner. Maintains count records and data files. Maintains current certification to operate lift trucks. Returns to regular work assignment after task completion.
