LEADING AND GROWING COMPANY IS IN SEARCH OF AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL FOR FAST PACED, CREATIVE OPPORTUNITY.

CUSTOMER SERVICE / INSIDE SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:Enters new customer data and other sales data Quotes prices and credit terms, and enter sales orders Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of our delivery schedule. Builds and maintains customer relationshipsCompiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses... Makes lead follow-up calls to potential and existing clients by telephone, e-mail and/or other written communication to qualify leads and sell products and services Prepares reports requested by management Attends trade shows periodically Processes returns and customer issues Mails marketing collateral materials, such as promotional material and samples
