Job Description:
Know how to understand basic blueprint reading, can read microfinish & OOR, simple arithmetic can average mulitple gage reading. Change own inserts. Can make own offsets. C.N.C programming, C.N.C proficiency: Set-up can upload/download own program, can read and follow setup sheet, can adjust program for errors, can trouble shoot process, can write own progam and get proper tooling when not provided. Knows how to use C.N.C Barfeed Operator, C.N.C Chucker Operator and C.N.C Autocell Operator. Know how to use calipers, micrometter, dial bore, tri-check, depth gage, point micrometer, blade micrometer, profilometer and hieght gage. CNC Robot Progrramming and Operation.
