CNC Machinist/Machinist
Sadler Machine is expanding and seeking several highly motivated and experienced individuals with a Machinist and or CNC background to come on board and grow with us. Sadler Machine values the skills and experience of all its employees. The management team that you will be working with is close-knit, supportive, visible and accessible.
Sadler Machine Co. is a full service job shop, specializing in maintenance & repair, CNC turning & milling of stainless & alloys, short-run production parts, fabrication of weldments, CNC burn table, and blanchard grinding, . Operating in a new 60,000 sq ft climate controlled facility.

Job qualifications include:
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in setting up and running standard and or CNC equipment in the metal machining industry. Reads blueprint or job order for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut, and determines sequence of operations, and identify conformity of material requirements. Strong mechanical understanding. Understanding of, and how to calculate machining speeds and feeds on various types of metallic and non-metallic materials. Knowledge and use of precision measuring instruments required. Ability to use Mastercam and AutoCAD fluently very desirable. Self-motivated, strong team player, accept responsibility & accountability and demonstrate flexibility. Highly motivated and posses good organizational, oral and written communication skills. Results and customer service motivated.
Job responsibilities include:
Must have own machinist tools. Accomplishing manufacturing results as needed to scheduled dates. Meeting financial and production standards by controlling and minimizing production costs. Maintain work flow meeting customer order date expectations. Maintaining quality customer service both internally and to the end user. Insuring the out put of a quality product. Contribute to the team's effort.
