CNC Machinist -- Lathe Operator

 

We are a growing manufacturing company located in the South Atlanta metro area and are seeking a motivated, quality driven individual to join our expanding team.

 

Job Description:

Safely and efficiently operate CNC centers, Mazak lathe and manual controlled equipment to machine material to customer specifications and tolerances.

Required Skills:High School diploma or GED +2 years of CNC Machining experience and one year Mazak lathe experience.  Own or willing to purchase tools required for job performance with a locking tool boxPersonal computer experience and ability to perform basic skills in Microsoft Word and ExcelEffective verbal communication skillsAbility and willingness to work flexible hours and overtime on an as-needed basisPhysical ability to frequently lift and carry 50 lbs. and to occasionally lift up to 90 lbs.
