Manpower of Poughkeepsie is looking for a CNC Lathe/Setup for a precision manufacturing company located in Stanfordville, NYMachinist will set up and operate Swiss and other brands of multi-axis lathes in its turning center. Machinist will prepare jobs completely for operation by setting up all proper gaging equipment and machining for an acceptable 1st. piece. Will also observe operation of machine lathes and will verify conformance of machine work to customer's specificationThis position requires individuals with 5 to 7 years of hands on experience in a machine shop environment involving turning procedures.
