CNC Lathe Programmer/Setup/Operators

CNC Lathe Programmer/Setup/Operators 

 

Haynes is looking for 1st and/or 2nd shift CNC Lathe Programmer/Setup/Operators for its Norwalk, California location.  Ideal candidates should possess the following:

  Machine and equipment knowledge equivalent to 5+ years experience on CNC Lathes; Haynes utilizes equipment including Citizen L20's & M32's, Nakamura TW10's, and multiple Okuma's.

  Haynes Corporation supports continuing development and education of skilled employees.  Job training on our specific equipment is willingly provided to qualified candidates.

  Apprenticeship or Vocational training is a plus.

  Able to read and understand blue prints.

  Working knowledge of shop math used for setup/programming.

  Capable of process setup – taking a design from concept to production – including tool selection, programming, setting speeds and feeds, etc. is a plus.

  Experience in programming and setup will be rewarded in compensation.   

 

The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years operations focused experience with demonstrated skills in the execution of the duties mentioned above.  Haynes is seeking a motivated team-player who wants to be part of a rapidly growing company with exciting opportunities.  The candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.  High School or equivalent education required.

 

Haynes utilizes state of the art CNC equipment including Nakamura TW10's, Citizen L20's & M32's, numerous Okuma lathes, only to name a few.
