CFO - High Technology Manufacturing

Our client, a major force in high technology manufacturing, has an immediate opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate for this Chief Financial Officer position, will possess 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance in a high tech manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 plus years in a management role. A minimum of a four-year degree is required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.  Strong Lean Process and IT background is a plus.  Job Related Skills:·  A minimum of ten years of relevant financial management experience with high tech manufacturing. Strong operations experience in a ISO environment is preferred.·  Experience in the financial and operational management of the vendor relationships with Fortune 1000 companies.·  In depth understanding of accounting practices, managerial finance, and financial analysis.·  Ability to accurately analyze complex financial and accounting data and communicate it to a wide variety of executives.·  Tough minded and able to command respect throughout the organization based upon presence, knowledge and a practical understanding of the financial and operational aspects of the business.·  Evidence of the ability to work in a fast based, highly professional environment where rapid growth will be achieved through acquisition and internal development.·  Ability to educate, advise, guide and drive the financial results at all levels of the organization.
