CAD Operator/Engineer

Gage Bilt Products Corp. a 53 year old Clinton Twp. based OEM with International, Aerospace, Automotive, Truck, Train and Government customer base is offering a skilled, dedicated, motivated and self starting person a position as a CAD Operator/Engineer.

 

Typical tasks for this position include (but not limited to) the following:

 

· Create and update computerized engineering 3D models and 2D detail drawings using Mechanical

  Desktop and Inventor.

· Migrate Mechanical Desktop data into Inventor.

· Create and update spreadsheets, part lists, price lists, product manuals, product flyers and  other

  supporting documents.

· Interact with co-workers with engineering requests.

· Interact with vendors.

 

What you must posses to qualify:

 

· Minimum of 1 year experience using Mechanical Desktop and Inventor.

· Experience using Corel Wordperfect, Excel, Word and other office software.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform tasks from verbal and written instructions from

  multiple co-workers.
