Business Systems Analyst-Sales & Marketing
Libertyville, IL Candidate will be responsible for the planning, testing, and configuration of SAP modules supporting the sales and marketing departments of the company. Responsible for maintenance of the current system. Will interface with Hollister’s global business units to provide direct support and ensure consistent application of global model by local support groups. This role’s focus is on SAP applications, but may have responsibility for other systems in addition to SAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
20% - Business process analysis:Work with the Process Lead and other Business Systems Analysts in analysis and decomposition of current business processes, perform scripting exercises, and plan the design of the ERP system to support business processes.

40% - Business systems software configuration:Candidate will assist the Business Process Owner in the design of business system software. Also responsible for the overall configuration of the business systems software. Provide aid in the design of reports, forms, interfaces, custom programs and conversions.

10% - Unit and integration testing:Execute unit and integration testing of business systems software. Perform testing, make changes in configuration based on results, and resolve errors. Also responsible for coordination and testing of other business systems software areas outside of designated function (i.e., SD, MM, PP, HR, FI/CO).

10% - Training and documentation:Develop and deliver training to end users of assigned module(s). Provide assistance in identification of business processes and system tasks to be documented. Provide leadership and direction to less experienced Business Systems Analysts on various business process analysis, testing and integration, and system configuration activities.

20% - Project management:Provide project leadership for design and development of reports, forms, interfaces and conversions related to complex projects with global scope. In addition, may evaluate non-SAP applications being considered at the company.

QUALIFICATIONS: BS/BA in a business related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of business experience (Sales and/or Marketing). Minimum of 5 years working with SAP at a technical design and development level.

Technical:
Working business knowledge of SAP’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application, 4 years is desirable with specific experience in any or all of the following areas:
Account / Contact Management Activity Management Interaction Center Opportunity Management Marketing Campaign Management Understanding of how CRM integrates with other applications and SAP modules, including SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP Sales and Distribution module (SD) and Enterprise Portal (EP). Functional experience with SAP BW, SD, or SAP Enterprise Portal is desirable. Experience in serving liaison role to technical team through clear written functional specifications and verbal communication.

General:Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to effectively communicate with associates from Hollister’s various global locations. Experience in coordinating support and project activities in a global environment. Strong project management skills requiring organization of resources, project planning & managing project budget. Must have experience working across all layers of organizations, including the executive team, remote business users, customer management personnel and project management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify, champion and manage improvements to current processes (best practices). Capacity to mentor peers and contractors, providing expert technical direction and advice on analysis approach. Supervisory experience desirable.
