Business Planning Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual to join the Central Planning systems group.  This group is responsible for developing and maintaining a variety of business systems and processes for the World Wide Planning and Logistics organization, including but not limited to WW Backend Promis modeling, workflow development and manufacturing release management.  The candidate will be someone that enjoys participating in all stages of business process development, from meeting with internal customers to identify process improvements to implementing and ultimately maintaining those processes.  Specific responsibilities include:Interfacing with internal customers to determine business process requirements Developing new processes and/or systems. Working with overseas employees to implement new business processes Working with Corporate IS to design and implement new systems.

Qualifications:BS in Business or Operations/Industrial Management with concentration in systems development.  Practical experience in systems development preferred in lieu of educational concentration.  The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization. The individual has to demonstrate the ability to take the lead in resolving multi-dept issues.  They need to be able to work independently and be a pro-active problem solver. Skill with MS Access and Excel is required.  Programming experience in a Microsoft development environment such as VBScript, VBA or VB.NET is highly desireable.  Experience with SQL is also highly desireable.
