Business Analyst

Our client, located in Auburn, IN, a leader in their industry, currently seeks a Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst is responsible for:Providing long term objectives and goals for the facility as it relates to shifting the plant focus and concentrating on new industries.Quoting new business.Managing cost interface.Working with cross-functional teams and working with teams in Europe.Demonstrating high energy and strong leadership in the plant.
Candidates must have:Experience in the manufacturing industry is a must!Strong financial background within a manufacturing facility.Bachelor’s degree and or MBA. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principals.Ability and desire to relocate down the line for growth opportunities.
Compensation:$75,000-$105,000.Relocation assistance is also available.
