The company operates branch service centers, manufacturing plants and corporate offices from more than 60 sites strategically located across the U.S. and Canada. The company serves professional fencing contractors, security integrators and quality building materials retailers throughout North America. We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to manage our Oakland/San Leandro sales terriority. This person will be responsible for a multi-million dollar profit center. Accountable for: -order fulfillment -operating expenses -support of and participation with sales team -credit control/collections -inventory control -customer service -leadership/supervision/training and development of associates -new business developments -forecasting -budgeting and protection of company assets
Requirements *Candidate must have a proven track record in warehouse management in the construction/commercial wholesale supply arena. *Minimum associates degree, preferably a BA/BS. *Strong background in inventory control. *Proven experience in managing a team. *Passionate in customer service and order fulfillment. *Strong communication, math and leadership skills a must. *Valid driver's license, proof of insurability. *Experience in servicing home centers/hardware stores a plus. *Manufacturing experience a plus We hold the highest performance standards, and we reward it with a competitive compensation package: -Medical, dental and vision benefits. -Aggressive RRSP plan. -Ample bonus opportunities.Job Code : 192 Division/Department : Region 2 Travel Required : 10-20%
